(一)课题组基本情况

课题组负责人为新奥门31999新奥门31999李朝政教授,博士生导师,国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金获得者(2020),国家“神农青年英才”计划入选者(2024),广东省杰出青年基金获得者(2016),“广东特支计划”科技创新青年拔尖人才项目获得者(2017),以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同第一和共同通讯)发表SCI收录论文70余篇,主持国家及省部级等项目10余项,授权发明专利4件,联合培育国家新品种5个(凡纳滨对虾“中兴1号”、“中兴2号”,“海兴农2号”、“海兴农3号”、“海景洲1号”)。

课题组以对虾为材料,开展对虾基础免疫学及遗传育种相关研究,主要聚焦于对虾免疫系统的解析、对虾免疫系统与病原(细菌及病毒)之间的相互作用机制、对虾经济性状的分子标记开发、遗传育种模型建立、新品种及新品系的创制等。相关代表性的成果发表于eLifePLoS Pathogens,Emerging Microbes & Infections,The Journal of Immunology,iScience,Frontiers in Immunology,Frontiers in Genetics,Scientific Reports,Developmental and Comparative Immunology,Fish and Shellfish Immunology,Aquaculture,FEBS Letters,Molecular Immunology等杂志上,并受邀在Reviews in Aquaculture,Frontiers in Immunology,Fish and Shellfish Immunology上发表长篇综述论文3篇。
