主要从事海洋微生物、环境生态风险方面的研究。

现阶段研究兴趣主要集中在利用现在分子生物学技术及宏病毒组学探索海洋生物潜在的病原体(病毒)及其生态风险,为病原体(病毒)预防奠定基础。
