卢建国,新奥门31999“百人计划”急需人才,教授、博导、团队PI、院长助理、国家工程中心副主任。2012年在美国奥本大学获得博士学位,2017年入职新奥门31999新奥门31999,并组建了海洋生态基因组团队。现任国际地球生物基因组计划(EBP)委员、国际脊椎动物基因组计划(Vertebrate Genome Project)核心成员、剑桥大学Sanger研究院访问教授,主要从事海洋生物物种进化、重要经济性状的遗传基础、基因组选择育种的相关研究,及基因编辑育种技术的开发与应用。先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家外专局项目、省自然科学基金、中央级科研院所基本科研业务费等20余项科研项目,累积获得科研经费资助达1012万。在Nature Communication、Genome Biology、Nucleic Acid Research、Bioinformatics等知名期刊发表论文57篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者22篇,累计被引用2583次,H指数为28,合作出版英文专著1部,在世界知名Wiley-Blackwell出版社出版。目前担任Marine Biotechnology、BMC Genomics、Frontier in Genetics等SCI期刊的审稿专家。国家发明专利2项,实用新型专利6项。第八届中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛金奖指导老师,排名第一,荣获2022年广东省自然资源科学技术二等奖1项,为第1完成人。
